Additional requirements on the use of claims on infant formula labeling

The State Administration of Market Regulation issued guidelines on the labeling of infant formula" to further standardize the labeling of this category of products, and urges enterprises to implement their main responsibilities and protect the legal rights of consumers. The content of the label shall be true, accurate, clear and easy to distinguish, and shall not contain false, exaggerated or misleading words, graphics or content.
