The Ministry of Solidarity and Health, extends an invitation to operators and consumer associations to send, if they wish, requests for proposals to the scientific committee to evaluate possible changes in the Nutri-Score algorithm, respecting its key principles (that is, the transversality of the calculation algorithm, taking into account the data of the mandatory nutrition declaration). , calculation per 100 g or 100 ml.
These applications must be sent before September 15, 2021 to the French members of the steering committee.
