Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries proposed to amend the Regulations on fruit juice and fruit puree and fruit honey products.
The Ordinance establishes the quality requirements to be met by fruit juices and similar products intended for consumption during their production and marketing and refer to:
- Names, definitions and general requirements
- Composition and sensory properties
- The type and quantity of raw materials and other substances used in production and processing.
- Additional labeling requirements.
