The Tanzania Bureau of Standards (TBS) has published Quinoa flour - Specification, First Edition. This draft East Africa tandard specifies the requirements, sampling and methods of test for quinoa flour derived from quinoa grains of Chenopodium quinoa intended for human consumption.
