The Tanzania Bureau of Standards (TBS) has published DEAS 1268:2025, Rice flour - Specification, First Edition. This draft East Africa Standard specifies the requirements, methods of sampling and test for rice flour obtained from grinding milled rice of the varieties grown from rice grains, Oryza spp. intended for human consumption.
