Government proposed to adopt electronic labeling for candy, chocolate, jam and other types of products

The Government of the Russian Federation has published a Draft Decree on conducting an experiment from December 15, 2024 to August 31, 2025 for labeling by identification of chocolate, cookies, cakes, pastries, chewing gum and other types of packaged sweets and confectionery on the territory of the Russian Federation.
Participants in the circulation of these products, fiscal data operators and electronic document management operators participate in the experiment on a voluntary basis.
