Ministry of Health has Regulation on the use of the 'Good Choice' symbol for easier identification of a food with a beneficial nutritional composition. Proposal for the Regulation defines the use of the 'Good Choice' symbol for easier identification of a food with a beneficial nutritional composition, the conditions that the food must meet when using the symbol, including its use in the media, the graphic representation of the symbol, the establishment of a list of foods bearing the symbol, the official control and the fines for infringements.
Proposed date of adoption: 1 February 2025
