Rwanda Standards Board (RSB) has published DEAS 1192: 2024, Dairy based desserts – Specification. This Draft East African Standard specifies the requirements, sampling and test methods for dairy based desserts intended for human consumption. This standard does not apply to the products covered in EAS 70.
