Published draft standard to protect people with celiac disease

On the 18th of April, the Decentralized Service for Standardization, Quality, Metrology and Technical Regulations (SENCAMER in Spanish) published a draft Standard for foods produced for celiac, non-celiac gluten-sensitive, and wheat-allergic people.
The standard applies to domestic and imported foods for immediate consumption, and it sets specific requirements for testing and levels of gluten content in foods.
