AESAN publishes a Note about the Use of Statements “Gluten Free” and “Lactose Free” on the Label, Presentation, and Advertisement of Food

The Spain Agency for the Food and Nutrition Safety (AESAN, by its Spanish acronym), together with the Ministry of Health and Consumer Affairs, have published a note with information in order to make clear the use of the statements “Gluten Free” and “Lactose Free” on the food labels.
