Gluten-free food labeling law approved

The Congress of the Republic approved Law No. 31881 which aims to provide information on gluten-free foods so that consumers, especially those who suffer from celiac disease, gluten intolerance or allergy, can make informed consumption decisions.
According to the Law, foods labeled as "gluten-free" or "gluten-free" must comply with the conditions set forth in the regulations of this Law, which will be approved in the next 60 days.
