New front labeling with traffic light model

The Public Food and Nutrition Authority has announced the implementation of the new front-of-package warning labeling system that uses the traffic light model for packaged foods. The Authority has also made the announcement via Instagram.
This initiative is part of a broader strategy to promote healthier eating habits, combat obesity, and prevent chronic non-communicable diseases linked to nutrition.
