New rules for the labeling of alcoholic beverages

The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development has published a regulation (Pos. 217) that introduces changes to the rules to inform consumers about alcoholic beverages.
The new regulation includes requirements for the use of the term "tincture" on the label of a spirit drink and introduces the mandatory declaration of the actual alcohol content by volume for alcohol sold in bars and restaurants.
