The Federal Council Amends the Regulation Concerning Wine-Related Beverages

The Federal Official Bulletin of Switzerland has published Announcement No 370/2025, which amends the Ordinance on Wine Beverages. This notice pertains to the modification of food legislation and includes transitional provisions for the importation, manufacturing, and labeling of products that do not comply with the new regulations. Existing products may be sold until stocks are exhausted, even if they do not meet the new version of the ordinance.
The revised ordinance will come into effect on July 1, 2025.
