Draft Decree for the application of EU rules on Eggs

The Ministry of Agriculture has published for consultation a draft Royal Decree regulating the conditions for the application of EU egg marketing regulations.
Among the aspects regulated in the draft decree is the mandatory registration of the optional labeling documents by the competent authorities of the autonomous communities and the communication of these to the Ministry of Agriculture. The royal decree also establishes the register of multi-species optional labeling (ETIMUES) as the official register for the optional labeling documents authorized by the competent authorities of the autonomous communities.
