The State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) is publicly soliciting opinions on the "General Rules for Examination of Food Business Licenses (Draft for Comment)".
The draft has been published with the aim to ensure the smooth implementation of the "Measures for the Administration of Food Business Licenses and Registrations" and to guide the standardization of food business licensing activities in various areas.
