Draft Standard for Honey published

The Ministry of Health has published for consultation a draft resolution on sanitary requirements to be met by bee honey for human consumption.
Objective of the standard is to establish the requirements for bee honey for human consumption intended to be extracted, packaged, stored, transported, imported, marketed and sold in the national territory of Colombia.
Closing date for consultation is November 8, 2023.
