Guidance on shelf-life information on food labels

The General Directorate of Food and Control of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has published the "Guide for Determining and Specifying Shelf-Life Information on Food Labels".
The guide has been prepared within the framework of the Turkish Food Codex Regulation on Food Labeling and Consumer Information, in order to guide food business operators, ensure unity in practice and inform consumers about date information on food labels, which indicates the shelf life of the product.
