Regulations on labeling of healthy food

The Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu would like to notify that the Regulations Governing the Labeling of Health Food (Revised Draft) distributed as G/TBT/N/TPKM/493 on 3 June 2022 has been promulgated based on the provisions of subparagraph 11, paragraph 1, Article 13 of the Health Food Control Act; the regulation will come into effect on 1 January 2024 for health food to provide consumers with clear information of health effects and necessary warning messages of health foods with specific ingredients.
