Extension of timeline for mandatory compliance related to milk logo

After due consideration, Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) it has been decided to extend the timeline for mandatory compliance with clause 2(iv)(a) of the notification F. No. M&MP/Notification(05)/FSSAl-2019 dated 27 December 2021 related to milk logo for a period of six months i.e. till 31 December, 2022. Food business operators (FBOs) willing to comply earlier will be free to do so.
