Amendment project for the use of organic product certification in labeling

The text surrounding the Distinctive is modified so that it symbolizes the organic certification of products that comply with the Mexican Organic Products Law, without associating it with the name of the Secretariat. The restriction for the use of the National Distinctive exclusively in products produced in the United Mexican States is eliminated and criteria for use in labeling are homologated with the Agreement of Guidelines for the Organic Operation of agricultural activities, additionally and to simplify regulatory burden, the number of chromatic patterns in the design of the national distinctive are reduced.
