1st Guide of Questions and Answers about the nutritional labeling of foods published

ANVISA publishes the first edition of the document of Questions and Answers on nutritional labeling of packaged foods. The document, prepared by the General Directorate of Food (GGALI) of the Agency, is a normative instrument designed to clarify doubts about the Resolution of the Collegiate Council (RDC) 429/2020, which provides for the nutritional labeling of packaged foods and the Instruction Normative (IN) 75/2020, which establishes the technical requirements for the declaration of the nutritional labeling of packaged foods.
