The government will grant more time to apply sanctions to those who do not comply with the front labeling

The government issued an interinstitutional agreement to grant more time before penalizing those companies that do not comply with the disposition on the new front labeling for food products and non-alcoholic beverages.
This agreement establishes April 1st to May 31st as the period when none of the producers, importers, or sellers are sanctioned during the reviewing activities.
This agreement will be effective a day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF).
