Entry into force of the Regulation on energy drinks postponed

The Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism published its Decision to postpone the entry into force of the executive regulation of the public health law "Energy Drinks" Article No. 19 and include other articles in chapter 6 and 13 in order to grant 6 months so that the owners of the interested companies can legally reconcile their situations in accordance with the executive regulations.
