NHC updates acidity parameters for sterilized cow and goat milk

The National Health Commission (NHC) has issued the National Food Safety Standard of the People's Republic of China: Amendment No. 2 to Sterilized Milk, for which the acid value of sterilized milk from cows and goats has been revised.
