Updated Standard on fortified wheat flour

The Rwanda Standards Board (RSB) has published AMENDMENT 1: Amendment to Table 2 - EAST AFRICAN STANDARD - Requirements for levels of micronutrients in fortified wheat flour for FDEAS 767: 2019. This East African Standard specifies the requirements, sampling  and test methods for fortified  wheat flour prepared  from common wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), club wheat (T. compactum Host.) or a mixture thereof intended for human  consumption.
