The Sri Lanka Standards Institution published for public consultation, the Draft Amendment No: 2 to SLS 214: 2010 Specification for fruit squashes, fruit syrups and fruit cordials (Second Revision). The project includes the food preservatives that can be allowed to use fruit gourds, fruit syrups and fruit cordials under Food Law 26 of 1980
