The Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS) published DUS 1987:2021, Dairy Creams and prepared creams— Specification. This Draft Uganda Standard prescribes the requirements, methods of sampling and test for dairy creams and prepared creams for direct human consumption or further processing.
