Resolution of the MERCOSUR Technical Regulation on the use of starches in very high moisture cheeses published

Draft Resolution GMC No. 03/21 allows the use of starches and modified starches as optional ingredients in cheeses of moisture greater than or equal to 55.0 g/100g that do not adopt their own form, in a maximum proportion of 1%(m/m) of the final product.
