NHC consults on 28 National Food Safety Standards

The National Health Commission (NHC) announced a public consultation on 28 national food safety standards and amendment sheets. This consultation includes standards on microbiological testing, food products, physical and chemical testing and toxicological evaluation procedures and methods.
