New requirements for butter and ghee

The Turkish Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry issued Notification No. 2025/9 under the Turkish Food Codex concerning butter and ghee. The objective is to determine the product characteristics required for the proper and hygienic production, preservation, packaging, storage, transportation and marketing of butter and clarified butter.
