Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food announces the adoption of new quality and marketing requirements for olive oil

The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food has notifies the adoption of the draft Order of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine "On Approval of the Requirements for Olive Oils and Establishment of Rules on Conformity Checks of Marketing Standards and Methods of Analysis of the Characteristics of Olive Oil" as the Order of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine No 333 "On Approval of the Requirements for Olive Oils and Establishment of Rules on Conformity Checks of Marketing Standards and Methods (Methodologies) of Laboratory Research (Testing) of Olive Oils Characteristics" of 27 January 2025.
The Order was registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 12 February 2025 and published on 14 March 2025.
The Order will enter into force on 14 September 2025.
