New standards on cassava flour

The National Bureau of Standards (NBS) has published DUS DARS 838:2024, Cassava flour - Specification,  First Edition. This Draft Uganda Standard specifies requirements, sampling  and test methods for cassava flour, which is obtained from the processing of cassava  (Manihot esculentaCrantz) intended for human consumption.
