The Tanzania Bureau of Standards (TBS) has published DARS 1062:2024, Instant (soluble) coffee - Specification, First Edition. This African Standard specifies requirements, sampling, and test methods for instant (soluble) coffee for human consumption.
This standard also applies to decaffeinated instant coffee.
