The Tanzania Bureau of Standards (TBS) has published DARS 1813:2024, Cocoa Powder - Specification, First Edition. This African Standard specifies quality and safety requirements, reference sampling and test methods, packaging and labelling for natural cocoa powder and alkalized cocoa powder intended for human consumption.
