Proposed amendment to the quality standards for fruit juices, jams and dehydrated milk

The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food has announced a public consultation on the draft royal decree to amend the quality standards for fruit juices, jams and dehydrated milk. This process is carried out due to the need to adapt Spanish legislation to the changes introduced by Directive (EU) 2024/1438, which aims to modernize the regulations and meet the new demands of consumers and the market.
The deadline for submitting comments on the text begins on November 27 and ends on December 18, 2024.
