The Decentralized Service for Standardization, Quality, Metrology and Technical Regulations (SENCAMER in Spanish) has published Draft Venezuelan Standard COVENIN 412:2024 Cooked Sausage (4th Revision). This standard establishes the requirements and specifications to be met by cooked sausage as a meat product.
