IBNORCA publishes draft updated standards on cereals, sugar and frozen vegetables

The Bolivian Institute for Standardization and Quality (IBNORCA in Spanish) has published a series of technical standards related to sugar, cereals and frozen vegetables.

The standards under public consultation are the following:

  • APNB 312063 - Cereals - Methods for ash determination (Third revision) (Annuls and replaces NB 075:2000).
  • APNB 317021 - Potato - Requirements (First revision) (Cancels and replaces NB 317021:2006)
  • APNB 317031 - Pulses and vegetables - Frozen fried potatoes - Requirements (First revision) (Cancels and replaces NB 317031:2013)
  • APNB 38046 Sugar - Determination of arsenic in white sugar by atomic absorption spectroscopy.
  • APNB 38052 - Sugar - Determination of appearance in white sugar
