Project on food ingredient labeling and use restrictions published: protein concentrate

The Food and Drug Administration published a Project on "Restrictions on the use and labeling of Ganoderma microsporum globulin-like protein concentrate, a food ingredient fermented with the genetically modified strain Ey72 of Pichia pastoris".
