New adoptions of standards for meat products

The Decentralized Service for Standardization, Quality, Metrology and Technical Regulations (SENCAMER in Spanish) has published a series of draft technical standards for adoption on meat products (Sausage, Cooked Ham, Dry and Cooked Chorizo, Cured Ham, Cooked Salami, Smoked Chop, Pastrami and Coppa) and sampling methods for sugar.
