Draft update of the standard for fresh cheese

The Bolivian Institute for Standardization and Quality (IBNORCA) has published a draft update of NB 33009:2003, APNB 33009. Dairy products - Fresh cheese - Requirements (First revision). This standard establishes the requirements that unripened fresh cheese made from milk (cow, goat, sheep, buffalo) must meet for marketing.
