New mandatory technical standard for yogurt

The Food Directorate of the National Health Regulatory Authority has published NTON 03 073 - 06 Nicaraguan Mandatory Technical Standard for sweetened, natural, flavored and fruit yogurt (yogurt, yoghurt). This standard applies to processors, importers and distributors that manufacture and/or commercialize sweetened, natural, flavored and fruity yogurt.
