New draft standard on milk and dairy products

The Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry of Mongolia has published the Draft Technical Regulations for Production and Trade of Milk and Dairy Products. This regulation aims to ensure the safety of production and trade of milk and dairy products, as well as to protect the environment and public interest.
Since the law on "Standardization, Technical Regulation and Accreditation of Conformity Assessment" came into force, all standards have become voluntary.
