Cambodia publishes draft standard on Methanol in Rice Wine Products

The Institute of Standards of Cambodia has published Cambodian Technical Regulation CTR 150:2024 on Methanol in Rice Wine Products. This technical regulation shall apply to rice wine products containing methanol at levels less than or equal to 2,000 mg per liter of alcohol. This regulation mandates that any person who produces, processes, imports, advertises, or sells rice wine must comply with these technical standards.
