Tanzania publishes draft standard on fish sausage

On the 27th of June, 2024, the Tanzania Bureau of Standards (TBS) published a new draft specification on fish sausages. This Draft East African Standard specifies requirements, sampling and test methods for fish sausages intended for human consumption and applies to fresh, cooked, smooked, dried and fermented fish sausages.
