Tanzania publishes draft update to the fish protein concentrate standard

On the 26th of June, 2024, the Tanzania Bureau of Standards (TBS) published an updated fish protein concentrate specification. This Draft East African Standard specifies requirements, sampling and test methods for fish protein concentrate intended for human consumption.
