Tanzania updates standard for honey butter

On the 15th of May, the Tanzania Bureau of Standards published a draft standard on honey butter. This Tanzanian standard prescribes the requirements, sampling and test methods for honey butter intended for human consumption. This standard does not cover honey milk butter (a mixture of honey and milk butter) or products used for therapeutic purposes.
