Tanzania updates the standards on wheat semolina

The Tanzania Bureau of Standards has published a draft version of new standards for wheat and durum wheat semolina. It contains new requirements for sampling and testing of wheat semolina made from common wheat, club wheat, durum wheat and combinations of these wheats. These new standards will only apply to these products when they are intended for human consumption, not when they are used for non-food industrial or animal feed use.
