The Ministry of Industry & Advanced Technology (MOIAT) has published the UAE GCC Technical Regulation for Cloves, Whole and Ground (Powdered). This technical regulation sets the requirements that must be fulfilled for full and crushed cloves (ground), which are intended for direct consumption or as a component of food as a type of spice.
