New Draft standard on Arrow root Flour

The Kenya Bureau of Standards has published DKS 3005:2024 Arrow root Flour -Specification. This Draft Kenya standard prescribes the requirements and methods of sampling and test for arrowroot flour, which is derived from the rhizomes (rootstocks) of the tropical plant Maranta arundinacea.
